Welcome to Ashsta. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website ashsta.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Ashsta ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

 

Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Site and make purchases.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.

 

Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production.
  • Prices are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) unless otherwise stated and include VAT/GST where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

 

Payment

  • We accept payments through Paypal and Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
  • All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
  • Title to the goods remains with Ashsta until full payment is received.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong).
  • Shipping times vary by destination:
    • Hong Kong: 2–5 business days
    • International (including South Asia): 7–21 business days (estimated; customs delays possible)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all tags attached and original packaging).
  • To start a return: Email us at info@ashsta.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty/damaged on arrival.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Sale/final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Faulty/damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund (including return shipping).

 

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (photos, text, designs, logo) is owned by Ashsta or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Site.

 

Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy 

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

 

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
  • Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
